Monday Ratings: Drama ‘9-1-1’ and ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ Lead Fox to Victory

Monday 5/03/21 Preliminary Ratings
Total Viewers:
Fox: 5.44 million, NBC: 4.73, CBS: 4.56, ABC: 2.03, CW: 328,000
Adults 18-49:
Fox: 0.9 rating/6 share, NBC: 0.6/ 4, ABC and CBS: 0.5/ 3 each, CW: 0.1/ 1
Fox remains the network to beat on Monday thanks to the compatible pairing of dramas “9-1-1” (Viewers: #2, 5.77 million; A18-49: #1 for the night: 0.9 rating/6 share) and spinoff “9-1-1: Lone Star” (Viewers: #2, 5.10 million; A18-49: #1, 0.8/ 5) from 8-10 p.m. On the flipside last night was ABC, which aired animated theatrical “The Incredibles 2” and scored just 2.03 million viewers (#4) and a 0.5/ 3 in the demo (#3t) from 8-19:30 p.m.
Elsewhere, compatibility is also the observation for CBS sitcoms “The Neighborhood” (Viewers: #3, 5.06 million; Adults 18-49: #3, 0.7/ 5) and “Bob Hearts Abishola” (Viewers: #3, 4,63 million; A18-49: #3, 0.6/ 4) from 8-9 p.m. But on the fence lead-out “All Rise” could be inching closer to cancellation with a modest 3.56 million viewers (#3) and a 0.4/ 3 in adults 18-49 (#4) at 9 p.m.
Tops at 10 p.m. was CBS’ already renewed “Bull”, which certainly pales in comparison to what it once was at 5.28 million viewers and a 0.5/ 3 in the demo. Fighting for survival is competing NBC freshman “Debris” at just 2.51 million viewers (#2) and a 0.4/ 3 (#2t) in adults 18-49.
Earlier in the evening on NBC was “The Voice” at a now typical 5.81 million viewers (#1) and a 0.7/ 5 in adults 18-49 (#2) from 8-10 p.m. And The CW featured an encore telecast of “All American” into “Black Lightning” (Viewers: #5, 3.44 million; A18-49: #5, 0.1/ 1 at 9 p.m.).
