NBC won this holiday Tuesday night overall, including total viewers (5.87 million) and adults 18-49 (1.2 rating/6 share), due to the “Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular”. Not surprisingly, it was the night’s top telecast in all key figures. Yet, it was down 9 percent in total viewers from last year (6.43 million vs. 7.03 million) and was the third least-watched Macy’s July 4th special within the past eight years.
