AMC has issued a fourth season renewal to “Break Bad” prequel “Better Call Saul.” Produced by Sony Pictures Television, “Better Call Saul” will return with 10 new episodes in 2018.
Debuting on Feb. 8, 2015, “Better Call Saul” follows the story of small-time lawyer James Morgan “Jimmy” McGill (Bob Odenkirk), six years before his appearance on “Breaking Bad” as Saul Goodman. This season, the series is the third most watched scripted cable drama so far this year among viewers 25-54, averaging 1.98 million viewers in the demo based on Nielsen’s live-plus-three numbers. Thirty episodes, to date, have been produced.
